This is why we believe that mechanics are also important for customer service. Our dealers organise mechanics meets all over India. Just a while back, Shiva Priya Agro Engineering Company, one of our dealers, conducted a mechanics meet in Kodad.

Our Hyderabad Sales Office provided support for the event which brought together ten participants for a meet that lasted ninety minutes. The mechanics came to know more about the company, market conditions, and product range that has water pumps, low-voltage submersible well pumps, high-performance electric pumps, and agricultural pumps too. New products, TCT programme, digital hub, and the 5 Ticks programme were also talking points. Incidentally, our 5 Ticks, is one of the interesting features of the Taro Pumps brand.
