The Bangalore Branch of Taro Pumps has been super busy in the recent past! Apart from serving customers with top-notch products & the usual high levels of service, our branch also conducted several mechanics meets, and two customer meets.

One of the customer meets took place in Budikota village and the other one in Kandili. The meets drew in a total of 82 customers who got a greater insight into the company’s history, services, initiatives, and maintenance tips for their products too.

The meets achieved multiple aims such as more meaningful customer engagement, greater awareness of Taro products, and awareness on subsidy schemes too.

The mechanics meets spanned multiple locations - Kaveripattinam, KGF (Kolar district), Bargur, Peenya 8th Mile, Chikkanayakanahalli, Kengeri, Sidhalaghatt, and Bangarpet. These mini-meets brought in 36 mechanics who used the interactive sessions to learn more about the company, market conditions, TCT program, addressing specific pain points in service, and other valuable technical tips and inputs.

The sessions ended with our company getting more insight into the need for service centres, and the management of spare parts availability in order to enhance our service levels even more.
