Our Sales Office teams make a positive impact for Taro Pumps with meets.

Taro Pumps loves to listen to customers and solve any issues they may have. Yes, we have a dedicated customer service team and we also make it a point to go to our customers too! Recently, our Bangalore Sales Office conducted a mechanics meets and two customer meets.

The customer meets were conducted by our dealers, NMV Engineering Works, and Sri Selvavinayaga Electricals in Nagerenahalli, and Chetwa respectively. We got the opportunity to interact with seventy customers in these meets. Participants Pillegowda, and Periyasamy, expressed their opinions and positive feedback on 2-year warranty, and performance.

A mechanics meet was conducted in KGF by our dealer, Prasanna Enterprises. This meet brought in forty-five mechanics. Participant K.Narayana Reddy, a Taro Certified Technician (TCT) gave us encouraging feedback on product knowledge.
