Taro Pumps loves to listen to customers and solve any issues they may have. Yes, we have a dedicated customer service team and we also make it a point to go to our customers every now and then. Thus, when our Taro Pumps dealers, Bhargavi Industries, and VSN Enterprises, organised customers meets in Dabaspete, and Hiriyur, our Bangalore Sales Office was there as well!

We got the opportunity to interact with fifty customers in two meets. Information about our company, 5 Ticks, and maintenance tips was given to all participants. It was especially wonderful to hear about the positive feedback on our digital hub pump selection that helps customers choose from a range of submersible pumps, and water pumps. Another unique feature is our 2-year warranty that helps customers. Our Bangalore Sales Office also organised one meet for eight mechanics in Malur. This meet brought in mechanics who used the session to interact with our dealers, Srinivasa Enterprises.
