Taro Pumps loves to listen to customers and solve any issues they may have. Yes, we have a dedicated customer service team and we also make it a point to go to our customers too! Recently, our Bangalore Sales Office conducted four mechanics meets and two customer meets.
The customer meets were conducted by our dealers, Shree Srinivasa Enterprises, and Kaveri Agencies in Sugondahalli, and Sugaturu. We got the opportunity to interact with seventy-five customers in all. Participant Ramesh expressed his positive feedback on the trouble-free performance of Taro Pumps.
The mechanics meets were conducted in Srinivaspura, Palacode, Hosur, and Dharmapuri by our dealers, Master Enterprises, Meyganam Enterprises, Parameshwara Electrical & Hardware, and Sri Andal & Co. These meets brought together forty-five mechanics in all. Participants Srinivas M G, Nagappan, Subramanyam, and Pannerselvem appreciated quality, services, and serviceability of our products. Special mention of Pannerselvem who has been a Taro Pumps mechanic for over 30 years now and recommends only our products to his customers.
