We know that customer loyalty is precious and it cannot be earned in just one day. It has to be earned day-by-day, every day. One of the ways in which we work at this is by conducting regular customer meets.

Recently, our Taro Pumps dealer, Chandrashekar Hardware & General Stores, organised a wonderful customer meet in Sawargaon. Our Nagpur Sales Office helped in this event which brought together thirty valuable customers.

During the meet that lasted one hour, we had many meaningful interactions! The customers were given useful information on 5 Ticks, products range, and the Taro Pumps brand. We were delighted to get positive feedback from the participants and look forward to conducting more such meets which give us an opportunity to highlight our customer-centric 48-hour service turnaround too.
