Haliyal was the venue of a customer meet organised by Mahalaxmi Electricals, our Taro Pumps dealer. The meet brought together thirty-five customers and the team at Hubli Sales Office also helped make the event a grand success. This kind of activity always helps our network of pump distributors. For two hours, the participants interacted with the team and found out more about the Taro Pumps accessories, company history, new products including submersible water pumps, and ECN changes. The team also highlighted the service facilities, and maintenance tips.

We have also seen that service support such as the 15-year availability of spares find much appreciation among customers & mechanics too. Special thanks to Channppa who shared his views with us. He has been using a Taro pumpset for a year, and was especially appreciative of the discharge of the product.
