Customers Meet: Mahesh Machinery Mart, Udaipur Sales Office
Meeting customers face-to-face is one of the best ways to sustain a relationship! And we do this by meeting them all over the country.
Nathdwara was the venue of a customer meet organised by Mahesh Machinery Mart, our Taro Pumps dealer. The meet brought together seventy-five customers and the team at Udaipur Sales Office who also helped make the event a grand success. This kind of activity always helps our network of pump distributors. For three-and-a-half-hours, the participants interacted with the team and found out more about the TCT programme, company history, products including submersible water pumps, and 5 Ticks. The team also highlighted the service facilities, and maintenance tips.
We have also seen that service support for our submersible pumps such as the 15-year availability of spares, and pump safety features find much appreciation among customers & mechanics too. Special thanks to Jagdish Lohar, and Sukhlal Suthar who shared their views with us. They spoke about the advantages of using a branded product like ours over local-made kits. They were also appreciative of the Taro store layout.
