That's why we look forward to meeting our customers. Our dealer, Mass Corporation, organised a customers meet at Ullagalampoondi and our Chennai Sales Office provided really strong support for the same. We were super-happy to meet twenty-eight of our valuable customers in a meet that lasted one hour.

Among other things, we were able to give the participants useful information on various pump solutions, the company history, the dealer, 5 Ticks, and product range that includes highly dependable water pumps, and agriculture pumps. We would like to believe that our meets and the information we exchange earns us high customer ratings because one of the participants, Viswanathan, appreciated the performance of the three Taro Pumpsets that he has been using for the past two years. The team is already looking forward to conducting more such customer meets!
