Meeting customers face-to-face is one of the best ways to sustain a relationship! And we do this by meeting them all over the country.

The Madurai Sales Office of Taro Pumps organised a customer meet under the aegis of Pandiyan Electricals, our dealer. It was a wonderful experience to interact with more than thirty-five customers in Kalingapatti in a one-hour long session. Amongst other things, the session saw the team imparting information on the dealer, company, 5 Ticks, maintenance tips, and new products such as the TW6.

The participants were also appreciative of the information on subsidy scheme. Suresh, R.Thangavel, and N.Kittappa have been using Taro pumps for 15, 20, and 30 years respectively.
