High quality customer service is one of the most important deliverables for our company.

One of the ways in which we do this is by conducting regular customer meets. Recently, our Taro Pumps dealer, Patel Traders organised a delightful customer meet in Kurrubhat, Charama. Our Raipur branch helped in this event which brought together twenty valuable customers.

During the 1-hour session, we achieved a few big aims! The customers were given valuable information on the Taro brand, product range, Taro Hub, 5 TIcks program, and so on.

Interestingly, this is the first ever customer meeting in this village and it was greatly encouraging to note the positive feedback. One of our old customers shared their experience with the company as well.
