Customers Meet, Patel Traders, Raipur Branch

Twenty of our valued customers gathered at Dhokla, Charama for a meet organised by our dealer, Patel Traders.

The Raipur branch of Taro Pumps helped in the event as well. Our customers were given useful information on the brand, product range and features such as TRF, TMF, TRS & TMS.

Participants were also made familiar with the exclusive Taro Hub program which delivers a great customer experience as well.

It was even more encouraging to note that this customer meet was a first-time occurrence for this location! And therefore, the session resulted in a better relationship between the dealer and our customers, in more ways than one.
