Customers Meet: Porwal Commercial House, Udaipur Sales Office
We know that customer loyalty is precious and it cannot be earned in just one day for leading pump manufacturers like us. It has to be earned day-by-day, every day.
One of the ways in which we work at this is by conducting regular customer meets. Recently, our Taro Pumps dealer, Porwal Commercial House, organised a wonderful customer meet in Chupna. Our Udaipur Sales Office helped in this event which brought together twenty valuable customers.

During the meet that lasted two-and-a-half hours, we had many meaningful interactions! The customers were given useful information on spare parts availability, product range, and even products that run on different voltage bands, making them energy-efficient pumps. Shantilal, one of the participants, spoke highly about the complaint-free performance of Taro Pumps. He has been using four pumps for a year now! We were delighted to get positive feedback from the participants and look forward to conducting more such meets which give us an opportunity to highlight our customer-centric 48-hour service turnaround too.
