Meeting customers is one of the most motivational activities for the team working tirelessly for Taro Pumps.

We get to talk about our products including industrial pump solutions to the participants. Our dealer, Prakash Engineering Agencies, organised a customers meet at Duppanakurthy and our Hyderabad Sales Office provided fabulous support for the same. We were delighted to meet fifty-five of our valuable customers for a meet that lasted one-and-a-half hours.

Among other things, we were able to give the participants information on the spares availability, importance of pump suction lift, product range, 5 Ticks, and Taro Hub system. No wonder we get fabulous customer ratings! that includes feedback on how easy it is carry out pump repair (as rarely as it may occur!).
