Meeting customers is one of the most motivational activities for the team working tirelessly for Taro Pumps. We get to talk about our products including industrial pump solutions to the participants.

Our dealer, Siva Electricals, organised a customers meet at Udayalamkulam Pudur and our Trichy  Sales Office provided fabulous support for the same. We were delighted to meet thirty-five of our valuable customers for a meet that lasted almost one-and-a-half hours.
Among other things, we were able to give the participants information on the spares availability, importance of pump suction lift, product range, 5 Ticks, and Taro Hub system. No wonder we get fabulous customer ratings! that includes feedback on how easy it is carry out pump repair (as rarely as it may occur!).

Thangavel, and Chidambaram, two of the participants; said they were impressed with Taro Pumps. Thangavel has been using his openwell pump for ten years now, complaint-free! Looking forward to conducting more such meetings and getting great feedback for our products and services in the future!
