Meeting customers face-to-face is one of the best ways to sustain a relationship! And we do this by meeting them all over the country.

The Trichy Sales Office of Taro Pumps organised a customer meet under the aegis of Sri Jayasakthi Electricals, our dealer. It was a wonderful experience to interact with more than thirty-five customers in Valanadu in a one-hour long session.

Amongst other things, the session saw the team imparting information on the dealer, company, 5 Ticks , maintenance tips, and government subsidy scheme. The participants were also appreciative of the information on district authorised service centre.
