Customers Meet: Sri Lakshmi Mill Stores, Coimbatore Sales Office

Nadhipalayam was the venue of a customer meet organised by Sri Lakshmi Mill Stores, our Taro Pumps dealer. The meet brought together thirty-eight customers and the team at Coimbatore Sales Office who also helped make the event a grand success. This kind of activity always helps our network of pump distributors. During this meet, the participants interacted with the team and found out more about the Taro Certified Technician (TCT) programme, company history, products including submersible water pumps, and 5 Ticks. The team also highlighted the service facilities, and maintenance tips.

We have also seen that service support for our submersible pumps such as the 15-year availability of spares, and pump safety features find much appreciation among customers & mechanics too. Special thanks to Karuppasamy who shared his views with us. He said these kinds of meets are unique to Texmo Industries. No other company supports customers with such sessions.
