The Chennai Sales Office of Taro Pumps organised a customer meet under the aegis of Sri Ramachandra Hardwares and Electricals, our dealer. As one of the leading pump suppliers in India, it is always a wonderful experience to interact with our customers. This time around we met thirty-one customers in Samathuvapuram in a session that lasted for more than three hours.
Amongst other things, the session saw the team imparting information on pump maintenance tips, the Taro store, product categories, 5 Ticks, product range that includes agricultural pumps & sewage pumps, and the authorised service centres. Kumar, and Krishnan, two of our customers, spoke about their happiness with Taro Pumps. They have been using Taro Pumps for 20 and 12 years respectively. Thank you, customers!
