Recently, our Taro Pumps dealer, Sri Venkateshwara Cycles And Electrical Stores, organised a wonderful customer meet in Mulbagal. Our Bangalore Sales Office helped in this event which brought together sixty valuable customers.

During the meet that lasted two-and-a-half hours, we had many meaningful interactions! The customers were given useful information on spare parts availability, product range, and even products that run on different voltage bands, making them energy-efficient pumps. Venkatarappa, one of the participants, spoke highly about the complaint-free performance of their Taro Pumps. He has been using two pumps for thirteen years now! We were delighted to get positive feedback from the participants and look forward to conducting more such meets which give us an opportunity to highlight our customer-centric 48-hour service turnaround too.
