We know that customer loyalty is precious and it cannot be earned in just one day for leading pump manufacturers like us. It has to be earned day-by-day, every day.

One of the ways in which we work at this is by conducting regular customer meets. Recently, our Taro Pumps dealer, Vijay Electricals, organised a wonderful customer meet in Pudupatti. Our Bangalore Sales Office helped in this event which brought together forty valuable customers.

During the meet we had many meaningful interactions! The customers were given useful information on spare parts availability, product range, and even products that run on different voltage bands, making them energy-efficient pumps. Dharuman, one of the participants, spoke highly about the two openwell pumpsets he has been using for more than a decade now! We were delighted to get positive feedback from the participants and look forward to conducting more such meets which give us an opportunity to highlight our customer-centric 48-hour service turnaround too.
