A legacy of putting customers first. We demonstrate this commitment in our meets too.

Our Taro Pumps dealers, Ranga Electricals, Jai Electricals, Saraswathi Traders, and Sri Ramachandra Hardwares and Electricals, few of our pump suppliers, have been rather busy! They organised customers meets in Gurugulanthangal, Singarapuram, Tholar, and Vadakurumbur. These delightful meets were supported by our Chennai Sales Office. 121 customers in all participated in the meets. The interactive and interesting sessions saw a wonderful exchange of information on the company history, 5 Ticks, product range, and Taro accessories.

Incidentally, we have a large collection of products such as monoblock pumps and other energy efficient pumps too. It was great to get positive feedback from our customers such as Sakthivel, Narayanasamy, R. Saravanan, Aayanar, and Vijayakumar. They appreciated the usefulness of such meets, the importance of branded pumpsets, Taro Pumps quality, and the longevity of our products. Vijayakumar, for instance, has been using three Taro Pumps for twenty years now and has not faced any problems. Customers' trust in the Taro Pumps brand is always hugely motivating to pump manufacturers like us. Here's looking forward to interacting with more customers in the near future!
