Recently, we concluded one such session in Coimbatore. Fifteen sales staff were given training and the Sales office teams from Chennai, Trichy, Madurai , & Coimbatore worked with them to bring them up to date on customer experience strategy, and the importance of handling price-related queries.
In a session that lasted around eight hours, the dealer staff interacted with the sales teams and got vital knowledge on Taro Hub, tips on delivering the best customer experience, product range, company’s history, accessories, and getting the best possible information on market conditions.
