Recently, we concluded one such session in Pune. Fourteen sales staff were given training and they work with the following dealers: Vinod Sales Corporation (Narayangaon), Shrirram Sales Corporation (Baramati), Vinod Agro (Manchar), Shree Datta Electricals (Chofula), Shriram Sales Corporation (Nira), Vinod Machinery (Alephata), M S Electricals (Nangaon), Gurudatta Agro Agencies & Services (Shikrapur), and Gurukrupa Machinery Stores (Urali Kanchan).

In a session that lasted around three and a half hours, the staff interacted with ASMs Yashwant Sanglikar and Karimulla Chinnadariya who imparted valuable information on company history, culture, and the importance of team work.

The sales staff also got vital knowledge on material of construction which is what makes Taro Pumps stand significantly above the other players in the market. Tips on increasing sales, communicating with customers, and the unique experience of visiting a Taro store made the sales team quite happy.
