Taro Pumps has an immensely dynamic team, especially the dealer staff! Their belief and understanding of our brand, company, products, and services makes it possible for them to build strong relationships with customers.

That is one of the reasons why we invest time and energy in dealer staff training sessions every now and then. Recently, we concluded one such session in Udaipur. Seven sales staff who work with Nirmal Machinery Stores were given training.

In a session that lasted four hours, the staff interacted with the Taro Team who imparted valuable & useful information on company history, culture, and the importance of team work. Role play was one of the ways in which the staff was made more appreciative of the importance of good customer service.

The sales staff also got vital knowledge & tips on helping the customer select the right product through Taro Hub, negotiating on values, addressing pain points, the art of listening to the customers, and a deep insight into company values. It was delightful to get positive feedback from the sales staff.
