Knowledge transfer is a critical component of such sessions and that's why our Chennai Sales Office conducted a meet recently.
This session saw a wonderful exchange of information on technical aspects, service & support features, importance of continuous improvement, and updates on company policies & strategies too. Thirty dealers came together for five hours in Chennai and learnt more about the importance of drawing up long-term plans that will contribute not just to their own success but to the value they bring to their customers too.
