From welcoming customers, to giving them the right information on pumps, and then to providing after-sales support - it is all about the right, effective process.

And this is one of the things we talk about in our dealer training sessions. Recently, our Trichy Sales Office organised & conducted a dealers training meet that brought together forty-four dealers in Trichy for around seven hours.

Among other things, the dealers were given information on our product range, 5 Ticks, and the importance of ethical selling as well. A big thanks to all dealers who participated in this session!
