And one of the ways in which we deliver high-quality customer service is by conducting regular maintenance camps. Recently, our Madurai Sales Office helped our dealer, Alagappa Pipe Traders conduct a wonderful maintenance camp in A.Vadippatti.

Among other activities in the camp, our team provided useful information on new products, product range, 5 Ticks program, and more information on guarantee and warranty. Ninety farmers participated in the event. Katturaja has a 30-year old pumpset in running condition! Pommusamy, and Chinnapandi were two customers with pumpsets that have been running flawlessly for more than two decades. It was indeed energising to interact with customers in this camp.
