The mechanics meet conducted under the aegis of our Madurai Sales Office brought together sixteen participants at Dindigul.

Our dealer, Baskar Electricals, helped conduct the meet that took the mechanics through an introduction to the dealer, company history, new products, TCT programme, and more information on products such as the TSP 2. It was specially amazing to hear from IT Perumal who has been a Taro Pumps customer for decades! So, when he spoke about the worry-free performance of Taro Pumps, we were even more grateful.

It was also nice to hear from Kumaravel, and Perumal who were appreciative of the trouble-free performance of our pumps. All the mechanics made the fifty-minute meet a grand success indeed! Participants shared their thoughts with us and were especially happy about Taro brand's quality, and the pumps' ability to work in low voltage conditions also. Service aspects such as a 2-year worry free warranty delight the customers too! Not many companies give this level of warranty on water pump motors.
