This is why we believe that mechanics are also important for customer service. Our dealers organise mechanics meets all over India. Just a while back, Bombay Electricals, one of our dealers, conducted a mechanics meet in Chidambaram.

Our Chennai Sales Office provided support for the meet which brought together nine participants for a meet that lasted an hour. The mechanics came to know more about TCT programme, the dealer, 5 Ticks, ECN changes, and TW6 upgrades. It was great to hear from Sudhakar who has twelve years of experience.
