This is why we believe that mechanics are also important for customer service. Our dealers organise mechanics meets all over India. Just a while back, Cheeramkuzhiyil Agencies, one of our dealers, conducted a mechanics meet in Kanjirapally.

Our Cochin Sales Office provided support for the event which brought together eight participants for a meet that lasted one-and-a-half hours. The mechanics came to know more about the company, the Taro Pumps brand, and product range too. New products, and the 5 Ticks programme were also talking points. Incidentally, our 5 Ticks, programme is another interesting feature of the Taro Pumps brand.
