Taro Pumps mechanics are at the forefront of customer service, and taking care of products such as centrifugal pumps.

That’s why the company invests time & energy in interacting with them in mechanic meets. These meets are conducted all over the country. One such meet was conducted by our dealer, India Machinaries, with the support of our Chennai Sales Office. Twenty-five mechanics gathered in Chengam for a session that lasted one hour.

During this meet, the mechanics got to know more about the company history, product range that includes a motor pump selection, and technical tips. It was encouraging to get great feedback from the participants. We are especially thankful to Moorthy who has twenty years experience and was appreciative of the information on new products such as the TE4. Thank you participants!
