Taro Pumps mechanics are at the forefront of customer service and that’s why the company invests time & energy in interacting with them through mechanic meets.

These meets are conducted all over the country. One such meet was conducted by our dealer, Jai Shree Electricals, with the support of our Madurai Sales Office.

Ten mechanics gathered in Pavoorchatram for a session that lasted for a duration of one hour. During this meet, the mechanics got to know more about the company history, product range that includes a motor pump selection, NRV benefits, pump selection, and benefits of aluminum & rotor & copper rotor. It was encouraging to get feedback on the service support as well.
