Taro Pumps mechanics are at the forefront of customer service and that’s why the company invests time & energy in interacting with them through mechanic meets.

These meets are conducted all over the country. One such meet was conducted by our dealer, M.Palani Mudaliar Electricals, with the support of our Bangalore Sales Office. Six mechanics gathered in Vaniyambadi for a session that lasted for a duration of one hour.

During this meet, the mechanics got to know more about the company history, product range that includes a motor pump selection, ECN changes, and 5 Ticks. It was encouraging to get great feedback from the participants. We are especially thankful to Durai Swamy, a mechanic with seven years work experience who appreciated product performance even in low voltage conditions.
