Taro Pumps mechanics are at the forefront of customer service and that’s why the company invests time & energy in interacting with them in mechanic meets.

These meets are conducted all over the country. One such meet was conducted by our dealer, New India Engineering Co., with the support of our Cochin Sales Office. Seven mechanics gathered in Thrissur for a session that lasted for a duration of one hour.

During this meet, the mechanics got to know more about the company history, product range that includes a motor pump selection, and Taro accessories. It was encouraging to get great feedback from the participants. We are especially thankful to Jaison, a mechanic with fifteen years work experience who appreciated our Taro Pumps' 1 HP openwell pump.
