This is why we believe that mechanics are also important for customer service. Our dealers organise mechanics meets all over India. Just a while back, Raj Electricals, one of our dealers, conducted a mechanics meet in Bhilai.

Our Raipur Sales Office provided support for the event which brought together fifty-six participants for a meet that lasted three hours. The mechanics came to know more about TCT programme, 5 Ticks, the dealer, and the importance of product categories such as Premium, Power and Prime. Kunj Lal Sahu, who has a decade of work experience and a TCT (Taro Certified Technician), spoke highly about the products & services of the company.
