Taro Pumps mechanics are at the forefront of customer service and that’s why the company invests time & energy in interacting with them through mechanic meets.

These meets are conducted all over the country. One such meet was conducted by our dealer, Sellandiamman Traders, with the support of our Coimbatore Sales Office. 116 mechanics gathered in Perundurai for a session that lasted for a duration of three hours.

During this meet, the mechanics got to know more about the company history, product range that includes a motor pump selection, ECN changes, Taro accessories, and technical information as well. It was encouraging to get feedback on the service support as well. We are esepcially thankful to T.P.Venkatachalam, a participant who spoke about the importance of such meetings and elaborated on the ECN changes too.
