This is why we believe that mechanics are also important for customer service. Our dealers organise mechanics meets all over India. Just a while back, Shiva Priya Agro Engineering Company, one of our dealers, conducted a mechanics meet in Kodad.

Our Hyderabad Sales Office provided support for the event which brought together nine participants for a meet that lasted one hour. The mechanics came to know more about the company, market conditions, and product range that has water pumps, submersible well pumps, and agricultural pumps too. New products, TCT programme, digital hub, and the 5 Ticks programme were also talking points. Incidentally, our 5 Ticks, is one of the interesting features of the Taro Pumps brand.
