This is why we believe that mechanics are also important for customer service. Our dealers organise mechanics meets all over India. Just a while back, Sri Anantha Trader, one of our dealers, conducted a mechanics meet in Panthalkudi.

Our Madurai Sales Office provided support for the event which brought together forty-nine participants for a meet that lasted three hours. The mechanics came to know more about TCT programme, 5 Ticks, ECN changes, and the Taro Store and Taro Hub. A few of the participants; J.Senthil Kumar, R.Muthukumar, K.Mariappan, K.Darmaraj, S.Gopalakrishnan, and M.Kathik (almost all of them with 15 and above years of experience) shared massively positive feedback about the event, Taro pumps performance, and new product launches.
