This is why we believe that mechanics are also important for customer service. Our dealers organise mechanics meets all over India. Just a while back, Vetrivel Pumps and Motors, one of our dealers, conducted a mechanics meet in Thuraiyur.

Our Trichy Sales Office provided support for the event which brought together 160 participants for a meet that lasted three hours. The mechanics came to know more about our the dealer, the company, and product range too. The TCT programme, and Taro Store were also talking points.
