We believe that mechanics are also important for customer service. Our dealers organise mechanics meets all over India. Just a while back, our dealers, Deepa, Pulimoottil Lights and Pumps, and Prakash Enterprises conducted mechanics meets in Angamali, Koothattukulam, and Channagiri.

Our Cochin, and Hubli Sales Office provided support for the event which brought together a total of eighteen participants. All the mechanics came to know more about the company, the Taro Pumps brand, and product range that has water pumps, and submersible pump for agriculture too. New products, TCT programme, digital hub, website, and the 5 Ticks programme were also talking points. Incidentally, our 5 Ticks, is another interesting feature of the Taro Pumps brand which is known for its pump motors. Siby, Joesph, Vijayan N.K, SreeKumar K.K, Ashick Vijayan, and Suresh were few of the participants who spoke highly about the wide product range of Texmo Industries, performance, availability of genuine spares, and dealer response.
