We believe that mechanics are also important for customer service. Our dealers organise mechanics meets all over India. Just a while back, our dealers, Vibha Associates, Prem Agency, and Dhamu Suppliers conducted mechanics meets in Ottapalam, Pandurna, and Paramagudi.

Our Cochin, Jabalpur, and Madurai Sales Office provided support for the event which brought together a total of eighty-three participants. All the mechanics came to know more about the company, the Taro Pumps brand, and product range that has water pumps, and agricultural pumps too. New products, TCT programme, digital hub, website, and the 5 Ticks programme were also talking points. Incidentally, our 5 Ticks, is another interesting feature of the Taro Pumps brand which is known for its pump motors. Rajesh Kumar, Suresh, Babu, Prakash Nikaju, and Mani, few of the participants, spoke highly about spares availability, Taro Pumps' ability to operate under different voltage conditions too.
