Every year, the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI) holds the National Convention on Quality Concepts (NCQC) to attract the best teams, and organisations committed to various quality concepts such as Kaizen, lean management, 5S, and so on.

Just a while ago, NCQC 2024 was conducted in Gwalior. More than 12000 delegates attended the convention. There were 2200 teams that participated in the convention. The theme of this convention was ‘Investing in people, building a better future’.

Texmo Industries has always believed in and worked by the credo of putting people first and perhaps this is one of the biggest reasons why our teams did superbly at the NCQC 2024.

Two teams from Texmo Industries won a ‘Par Excellence’ (the topmost category) award at this National event. And four of our teams won ‘Excellent’ (the second-highest category) awards.

Here’s why this is a huge achievement – we sent in six teams and all the teams were superlative!
