These relationships, especially the ones with our customers, can be strengthened only when we continue to deliver best-in-class products supported by high-standard technical and support services. These support services are offered in many ways including the promise of certified technicians.

This is the biggest impetus behind the TCT or Taro Certified Technician programme conducted by our company. It began in 2020 with the first batch of twenty-six trainees. Today, we have trained more than 6000 (and counting) technicians so far.
Recently, our Coimbatore Sales Office conducted a TCT App Training module in Coimbatore. The session drew thirty-five participants from our Hubli dealers. The training session included details on the company, the origins and success of the TCT programme, and the several benefits offered by the programme to technicians. We got great feedback from Shankar, and Basavaraj, who appreciated the company culture, and testing processes.
