We believe that training goes beyond a mere demonstration of the product features. This is why we started the TCT or Taro Certified Technician programme. The first programme was conducted in 2020 and brought in twenty-six trainees. We add to the number of trained technicians every single day when we conduct programmes in association with our dealers - this helps in the continued relevance and success of the TCT programme.

Recently, our Trichy Sales Office and our dealer, Sri Ganapathi Electrical, conducted a TCT App Training module in Erode. Thirty-eight participants went through this session and got to know more about manufacturing processes, quality measures, and the correct way to install and service Taro Pumps. They also got to know about the many benefits offered by the programme to trained technicians. We got great feedback from Amanulla, and Manikandan appreciated the TCT programme because it gives them extra credibility with their customers of the quality of products, and services.
