High quality customer service is one of the most important deliverables for our company. One of the ways in which we do this is by conducting regular customer meets.

Recently, our Taro Pumps dealer, Sri Krishna Machinery & Electricals, organised a delightful customer meet in Kandili. Our Bangalore Sales Office helped in this event which brought together fifteen valuable customers.

During the meet that lasted almost an hour we achieved big goals! The customers were given useful information on pump maintenance, company history, product range, and the voltage band under which Taro Pumps operate. We look forward to conducting more such meets which give us an opportunity to highlight our customer-centric 48-hour service turnaround and 2-year warranty too.
