That is one of the reasons why we invest time and energy into dealer sales staff training sessions every now and then.

Recently, we concluded one such session in Jaipur. Nine sales staff were given training in an interactive, and informative session that lasted around two hours. Eight of our dealers sent in their sales staff for the session: Verma Trading Corporation, Choudhary Traders, Pancholi Hardware, Rahoria Krishi Yantralaya, Vikash Corporation, P.B.Traders, Hello Enterprises, and Vishvakarma Krishi Yantralay.

The staff interacted with the Jaipur Sales team who imparted valuable information on company history, product selection process, 5 Ticks, the uniqueness of Taro Pumps when compared to kit pumps, and warehouse management training too.

The sales staff also got vital knowledge on Taro Hub, and addressing specific pain points during the sales process. This should help them relate to customer needs in a more practical and benefical manner. At the end of the session, it was great to hear the confidence the staff had in our products.
